We started off with deviled eggs (pictured with the bacon topping on the side so pescatarian Sarah could join in) and Brussels sprouts with cotija cheese, red onion, and sherry vinaigrette. Sorry—but we gobbled those sprouts down so quickly no photographic evidence remains!

Shrimp & grits with andouille sausage, red peppers, scallions, and focaccia

Salmon with cannellini beans, roasted beets, leeks, carrots and onion jam

Dark chocolate tart with pecans, caramel, and mint ice cream

Gingerbread pear upside-down cake with cranberry compote and pear sorbet
