During the eight-year run of Science Fiction Age, I read 10,000 short stories per year, and had little time for my own fiction. But I'm back now, with many recent magazine and anthology appearances.

For 25 years, I've edited magazines made out of dead trees. Now I'm also making them out of electronic bytes. But whether forged of paper or pixels, words still remain words.

My books have run the gamut from a collection of horror short stories to unauthorized wrestling biographies of Chyna and Steve Austin to a Lambda Award-nominated novel.

Back when I worked in the Marvel Bullpen at 575 Madison Avenue, we all had to have nicknames. Stan "The Man" Lee dubbed me "Sparkling" Scott Edelman. And it's all been downhill from there.
